This session will discuss state and federally protected medical/non-medical leave such as Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and Oregon Family Leave Act (OFLA). We will also cover new laws such as the Pregnancy Disability Law and Oregon's paid parental leave law. The session will provide an overview of protected leaves and eligibility. Time will be reserved for your questions.
