This session will discuss employer requirements and employee rights for protected leaves. The session will provide an overview of protected leaves and how you as a supervisor can support your employees.This session will discuss state and federally protected medical/non-medical leave such as Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Oregon Family Leave Act (OFLA). We will also cover new laws such as the Pregnancy Disability Law and Oregon's paid parental leave law.
