Home Forward’s Transgender and Nonbinary Workplace Policy clarifies Oregon State, Multnomah County and the City of Portland’s civil and human rights protections as they relate to gender identity and gender expression. The Policy offers guidance for Home Forward stakeholders to intentionally welcome, include and respect transgender, nonbinary and transitioning stakeholders. This session will provide an overview of the policy as well as provide time for questions and answers related to the policy.
