We are excited to Bring HR Professionals in the Valley back together face to face for the first time.  We have missed each other!  

To start we will hear from Chris Brezler, Silicon Valley Bank, about their Employee Dream Program (My Blueprint) and Lisa Richmeier, iFind, about Dream Workshops and the benefits they have on employee retention and overall happiness in your organization

We will also be breaking out into tables of 5 to share best practices and hear insights from your fellow HR colleagues on how they have adapted to a remote workforce, what’s working when it comes to employee engagement, recruitment, employee benefits, etc.

Lisa has been in the recruitment business for 20 years and has been instrumental in the start up of three successful recruiting firms in Phoenix. She is currently the Vice President of HR for an eDiscovery company, Innovative Discovery and Founder and President of iFind. In Lisa’s coaching practice, she works with individuals one on one to help them achieve their career aspirations, go after their dreams and ultimately connect them to the right people that can help them along the way. In 2014, Lisa started the “HR Discussion Group” group where HR leaders come together to discuss relevant high level topics of interest, stay abreast of current legislation and network together. This group has over 50 members and includes representatives from companies such as Intel, Avnet, GoDaddy, Bank of the West, Keap (Infusionsoft), Freedom Financial, Shamrock Foods, Republic Services, American Express, Taylor Morrison Homes, Meritage Homes, Silicon Valley Bank, Mobile Mini, TGen, APS, Avnet, Honeywell, Capital Lumber, and Northrup Grumman to name a few. Lisa majored in Psychology at St. Edward’s University, is currently on the Advisory Board for the AZ Recruiters Network, has certifications with Lifeguides, is Dream Coach Certified and is a DISC Personality Assessment Facilitator.
