This will be the second practical parenting session that Cavenur Kindergarten has decided to bring it to the public beyond its own parents. Through this session, parents will learn several strategies to fulfil the 3 conditions of self-compassion. This workshop is for parents who have children in the preschool years from age 3 to 6 years old and in primary school age 7 to 12 years. The techniques can be used too for the children to build in them the sense of guided self-compassion so much needed in this world now especially with the many negative influences present in the social media and the society.

Cavenur Kindergarten is a school that began its journey in 2009 and started its operation in 2010. It has been advocating the need of children to know they have a life purpose to serve and as such they are born as unique individuals that will enable them to fulfil this life mission. Cavenur has conducted their in-house parent workshop for several years with the aim to enable parents to be confident and positive in parenting their children such that children will grow with an outward mindset and with resilience.
