Hannah Chapman is the owner and co-founder of Wash Bar Laundry, where she operates four laundromats and wash & fold locations focused on blending clean clothes with community. Through Laundry Advisors, she helps other laundromat owners streamline operations, implement effective systems, and achieve greater success with less trial and error.

 

Before entering the laundry industry, Hannah spent a decade in corporate healthcare as a Registered Nurse. Her background in trauma training, staffing management, and patient satisfaction shapes her people-first approach to leadership, customer service, and building businesses that genuinely care for their communities.
