Don't we just love it here? Royal Gale in different parts of the world at ONCE?! I'll be offering two days of headstand classes for beginner and advance levels of headstands.
Beginner classes cater to those who has never practiced a headstand, never taken a class be it yoga/acro yoga/inversions or simply doesn't know where to begin though class is open to all levels. Class will cover a warm up, conditioning and exercises along with gems on how to practice headstands safely and effectively.
