Don't we just love it here? Royal Gale in different parts of the world at ONCE? I'm offering two days of headstand classes for beginner and advance levels.
Advance classes cater strictly to those who have experience practicing headstands, has a strong foundation, has taken several classes be it yoga/ acro yoga/ inversions and want to improve or learn tricks. Class will cover a warm up, conditioning and exercises along with gems on maintaining a strong foundation safely and effectively as we execute tricks.
