Trash to Treasure is a 3-hour mixed-media art class built around one idea: you can't build something beautiful on top of beliefs you've never named.
We'll start by getting honest. Grab a canvas and write down the limiting beliefs, hard words, and "I can'ts" you don't usually say at parties... the layer underneath the layer everyone sees.
Then we get to work with mixed media: paint, paper, texture, color, layering truth over trash. Positive beliefs over limiting ones. What you actually want your life to look like, layered right on top of what's been holding you back.
By the end, you'll have a piece of art that's part release, part vision board, part proof that the trash in your head was never the whole story.
