Palmer Kazanjian Wohl Hodson LLP provides monthly Harassment Prevention Training Webinars for employees. Under California law, employers with five or more employees must provide harassment prevention training to all employees. Specifically, all nonsupervisory employees must receive at least one hour of training at least once every two years. Importantly, the training webinars offered by Palmer Kazanjian Wohl Hodson LLP educate employees on what constitutes workplace harassment and how to prevent it. Additionally, the webinars satisfy employers’ obligation to provide harassment prevention training.
