Harassment Prevention and Abusive Conduct

Angela Buse has been with People Creating Success Inc since 2009, and has been a teacher/trainer/ instructor since 2004. Her teaching career started at Transworld Schools in San Francisco, where she obtained a certificate in Teaching English as a Second/Foreign Language (TESOL), and it continued at Aspect Language Schools in Santa Barbara. In 2005, she became a Call Center Manager and implemented the Five Star Service training for hospitality staff ( hotel front desk and reservations) at Hotel Mar Monte in Santa Barbara. In 2007, she became a trainer at Community Care Consultants, a business that outsourced its trainers to licensed homes. Angela taught Water Safety and Emergency Preparedness, and later became the company's Training Director. In 2009, Angela became the Director of Human Resources at PCS and started teaching monthly courses on Human Resources Policies and Procedures, Water Safety and Harassment Prevention. She is also a trainer and organizer of the company's Leadership Boot Camp, a much anticipated and fun yearly event for current and future PCS leaders.
