Cancellation policy Cancellations Under the UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel within seven days of making a booking or receiving the email confirmation as there is no delivery of physical product. In this situation you will receive a full refund. Cancellations after that time will only be available to those who are unable to attend the event due to illness and a £20 deduction will be made to reflect administration costs incurred. Requests for refunds must be received by 2nd February 2017. Tickets are transferrable, so consider if anyone else could take your place before cancelling.
