Jeroen Valkier is an experienced organizational consultant who’s all about setting up agile environments for software development. With over 20 years of experience, Jeroen has worn many hats, including agile business consultant, Agile Coach, and Scrum Master. His mission? To build organizations with agile teams at their core. Jeroen is a certified Desiging Agile Organizations Trainer, LeSS practitioner and PSM II.
He’s worked with governmental organizations and utility companies, tailoring agile solutions to their needs. Formerly a biochemical technician, he ventured into business analysis, project management, and program management at the turn of the millennium.
He has led agile transitions at organizations like Powerhouse, Waternet, and Rijksdienst voor Ondernemend Nederland, making a significant impact. His unique experience from his time owning and running a scuba diving outfit helped him master the art of training people.
