Our upcoming meetup will be at The Den, hosted by the fabulous Tina Patterson from Sleep Talkers. Bring your littles or come solo for a midday break. We'll have exclusive access to The Den's Classroom, and the entry fee is on the house! Tina will be there to answer all your sleep-related questions, offering valuable tips on schedules and creating bedtime and nap routines to ensure more restful nights for all. About Tina:
Tina Patterson is a pediatric sleep consultant, early intervention therapist and mom to two young boys living in the greater Highlands area. She saw how important it was to get her little ones on a good sleep schedule early on - and soon started helping friends do the same. She received her pediatric sleep consulting certification through the Cradle Coach Academy in early 2022 and launched Sleep Talkers (a play on her two professions!) a month later. She is certified to work with children Birth- 5 and since launching, she has helped hundreds of families achieve better rest for them and their little ones. By following age appropriate schedules and working on independent sleep initiation, Tina is able to get everyone back to a sane and stable place when it comes to sleep.
