Grief is a complicated emotion that has left many of us grappling with feelings of longing, loss and even guilt. While there are many ways to manage grief (such as counseling- which we recommend!), creative arts offer an additional outlet for expressing emotions in an enjoyable yet meaningful way. Join us for an organic creative writing experience coupled with honest conversation about grief and the healing process, in a supportive environment.
Joining the conversation will be Debra M. Daniels, M. Div (founder of Garden of Grief Healing), who brings a wealth of knowledge (reinforced by her own personal experience) on how to navigate grief, honor and remember loved ones and move in the direction of healing.
As a way to memorialize their loved ones, attendees will also receive a special keepsake from our studio that we will spend time personalizing together.
