Shiva Bhaskar is a consumer rights attorney. His practice focuses on credit reporting errors, illegal conduct by debt collection agencies, and consumer debt management as a whole. He is the co-founder of Tier One Credit, a national law firm which helps wrongfully treated consumers successfully obtain relief.

Shiva has been quoted in US News & World Report, and on the website of the New York State Bar. He has also appeared on the Legal Lens show on KBLA 1580 AM, as well as The Industry Show, the Hispanic Wealth Matters podcast, and more. Shiva is a graduate of the UCLA School of Law. He is also member of the National Association of Consumer Advocates, as well as the American Bar Association.

Ali Zane is credit advocate, Superior Court LDA and the CEO of Imax Credit Repair Firm for over 20 years. With his mortgage industry background he’s been able to helps Loan Officers increase their closings and also trained them to become certified credit consultants.
