Join NCMA Denver for this free, in-depth educational seminar featuring Christian Nagel of Holland & Knight as our guest speaker. This session will explore the evolving 2026 federal contracting landscape, including recent and upcoming changes in federal procurement, the ongoing FAR overhaul, and what these developments mean in practice for contractors.
Attendees will gain practical guidance on compliance, negotiation strategies, contract flowdowns, and emerging challenges around intellectual property, data rights, and CMMC implementation. The discussion will address the rights and responsibilities of both prime contractors and subcontractors, with real-world insights into negotiating IP rights across the supply chain and navigating CMMC now that it is live.
