Join NCMA Denver for PART 2 of this free, in-depth educational seminar on Government Contracts featuring Christian Nagel of Holland & Knight as our guest speaker.
The first session sparked great discussion among Denver's contracting professionals, and we're looking forward to continuing the conversation as the government contracting landscape continues to evolve.
From emerging regulatory developments to new compliance challenges and risk considerations, this session will provide practical insights for contract managers, acquisition professionals, procurement teams, and government contractors navigating today's environment.
The evening will kick off with dinner, giving attendees an opportunity to reconnect with colleagues, build new professional relationships, and engage with fellow members of the Denver contracting community before the presentation begins.
The seminar portion of the evening will cover:
- AI in Government Contracting – Opportunities and Pitfalls
- CMMC Paused (Sort Of) – What Now?
- New Supply Chain Rules – Domestic Preference and Beyond
- US Court of Federal Claims Rule Updates – Impact on Bid Protests and Claims
