Gottman 7 Principles Workshops aid couples in deepening their friendship, managing conflict successfully, honouring each other’s dreams, and creating shared meaning. The 7 Principles Workshop is appropriate for couples contemplating engagement, pre-marital couples and married couples.

During the workshop, couples will work together privately on dynamic exercises
to enhance their relationship. Each couple will come away with a binder-full
of rich resources and significant relationally altering experiences. If a couple’s
relationship is strong, this workshop will provide them with tools to make their relationship even better. If a couple has a distressed relationship, this workshop can provide a roadmap for repair.

Ideal for individuals whose partners who are not interested in marriage counselling, but would attend a relationship enhancement class. This is not therapy, or group counselling.
