Please bring a laptop (Windows or macOS) with a modern web browser like Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge pre-installed.

    • Power Cord & Charger: We will be running active browser tabs and AI tools hard throughout the session. Don't let your battery die right when the magic happens!

    • Your Smartphone: Crucial for surviving the gauntlet of quick mobile verifications or Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) when logging into your AI tool accounts.

    • A Notepad and Pen: Yes, even at an AI workshop! We will use these to map out your processes and sketch your workflows before we build them digitally.

Because seating for this intensive bootcamp is strictly limited to 12 attendees and 1-on-1 sessions are custom-scheduled, we request that you notify us as early as possible if your plans change.

  • Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellations are permitted at any time prior to the start of the workshop. All approved refunds are subject to a flat $10.00 processing fee per registration, which will be automatically deducted from your refund proceeds.

  • Ticket Transfers: If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to a colleague or friend at any time before the event begins at no extra cost. Please email us at events@riverrun.digital to update the attendee's name on the ticket.
