Georgia 75-hour Salesperson Pre-license Course

Lynn began her Real Estate career in 1986 in Woodstock, Ga. Having lived in Woodstock since 1973 she had seen it grow from a little whistle stop town to a growing  bedroom community. She began in the Commercial Real Estate sector selling commercial and industrial sites. She also served on the planning and zoning board for the City of Woodstock for several years while Woodstock was experiencing explosive growth.

From the late 1980’s to the late 1990’s Lynn worked as an onsite agent for several major homebuilders throughout the Metro Atlanta area. During this time, she won numerous awards from the Boards she served under as a Million Dollar award winner to the builders who recognized her as a top producer for their company. During this time she obtained her broker’s license. While working for Metro Brokers she consistently earned the company’s highest honors as one of the top agents.

In 2005, she had her own real estate brokerage named Riverside Residential serving the Cherokee County area. In 2007 she was named Managing Broker for Jay Cole Realty in Dunwoody. Her duties included recruiting, training and management of a mid-sized full service real estate office.

 She became an agent with Maximum One Greater Atlanta in 2014. In August  2016, along with a partner Marcie Evans became the owner of Maximum One Community Realtors in Emerson. Lynn serves as the qualifying broker for the company and is also a licensed instructor for Georgia Real Estate Academy.  

Overveiw of Course 

All potential agents must take a state certified pre-license class that is 75 hours in length. This class teaches basic definitions of real property, agency, contract overview, and some financing.  Once you complete the class, you must pass the school's exam.  Pre-license classes cost $450 including your textbooks.
