Free Sports Physicals for High School Students in Arlington

Free Sports Physicals for incoming 9 - 12th grade high school students, performed by Skagit Regional Health Sports Medicine department. 

Each school will have dedicated time for sports physicals:

8–10 a.m. Arlington High School

10 a.m.–12 p.m. Stanwood High School

1–3 p.m. Lakewood High School, Lake Stevens High School, Granite Falls High School

3–5 p.m. Darrington High School, Marysville Pilchuck High School, Marysville Getchell High School

Registration not required. This is available for high school students in the the above school districts only. 

This service is to clear your student athlete as medically eligible for their sport, but not does take the place of an annual wellness visit with their primary care provider. If you need a primary care provider, please call 360-848-5555.
