  1) Educate new and existing real estate agents on exactly what Termite Bonds entail

  2) Help new and existing real estate agents protect their clients from great financial loss from termite damage

  3) Assist new and existing real estate agents in understanding the difference in termite bonds

  4) Review images of homes, termites, and termite damages
