Objective: To increase Realtor knowledge of inspection hurdles, including:

- Types of environmental issues found by an inspection (mold, radon, etc.)

- How to navigate next steps with their clients (testing, consultation, etc.)

- How to interpret results when testing is performed

- Appropriate next steps based on testing results (remediation, mitigation, etc.)
