They Believe it or not (#55122) This is a particularly light hearted course with a serious side. The instructor will illustrate an array of wild, wacky things homeowners and professionals alike do to homes that leave you wondering “What could they be thinking?” Some illustrations are hilarious, some are rather mundane but serious, and some are downright dangerous. Students will enjoy discussing the images and the consequences of improper repairs, and how it impacts the seller and buyer. The instructor will guide the students toward an understanding of correct, functional, safe repairs.
