The Good News About Stucco (#28724) This course provides training to agents that will enable them to more effectively handle the issues associated with synthetic and masonry stucco. The course takes students through a process of identification and awareness of the different types of stucco, through problems/issue identification, testing processes and then through ways to resolve, remediate or eliminate the problems. Problem similarities to other claddings are highlighted can then more readily and thoroughly understand the totality of the issues or problems experienced or reported upon by property inspectors.
