All licensees renewing on or after July 1, 2016, will be required to complete 36 hours of CE (was 24) and, of those, 3 hours must be completed on the topic of license law.

This course provides a review of Georgia Real Estate License Law and Rules, as required by Rule 520-2-.04(6), including the following topics, as dictated by the State for this course:
- the effects on license status by a licensee of prohibited conduct
- requirements of a qualifying broker and an affiliated licensee upon transfer of a license from one firm to another
- requirements of a qualifying broker and affiliate licensee concerning trust or escrow accounts
- unfair trade practices prohibited
- broker relationships
- management responsibilities of real estate firms
- advertising
- handling real estate transactions
- licensees acting as principals
