Don’t miss this opportunity for an in depth review of all the parts in a home! Is glass the same as glazing? Are decking and sheathing the same thing? Find out in this course where students will get a broad overview of the anatomy of a house and the different terminology used to describe them.
Technical drawings andphotographs are used to illustrate the parts of a home and what their functions are. We will learn how the different systems relate to one another. Students will also be given good insight as to how to identify potential problems.
This is an opportunity to learn how to help protect our clients, be more educated about the physical aspects of a home, and to help keep it all in perspective when assisting your buyers or sellers in working through the inspection process.
