Taught by Jim Wainwright. This class will help you develop skills and provide you with new tools to do CMAs correctly. An Appraiser’s Guide to CMAs will assist you in identifying proper databases to use, find the best comparables and most importantly, making the correct adjustments. We will share with you general adjustment parameters and benchmarks to assist you in completing a more accurate CMA for your clients.

Academy of Real Estate, LLC is a subsidiary of D.S. Murphy & Associates Real Estate Appraisers & Consultants and an approved GREC Real Estate School. These in-class offerings are approved for 3 hrs. of CE by the GREC and the GA Appraisers Board. There are no prerequisites for these classes. Certification of completion will be provided only if the student attends all hours of instruction. The school will not allow anyone to recruit students to become new affiliate for any brokerage firm on the school premises during a class or one hour immediately before or one hour after a class meets. The school or instructor will promptly report any violation of this rule to the school director/coordinator or the GREC.
