Based on the success of “An Appraiser’s Guide to CMAs” class and feedback from students that they want

to go deeper into the adjustment process, we developed the more advanced “Understanding

Adjustments” class. This class is taught by a Senior Appraiser from D.S. Murphy Valuations who has

decades of experience. This course is designed to teach students how appraisers determine and apply

adjustments for factors including market conditions (time), physical differences, size, location, and more!

In this “hands-on” class, students will use the same data and worksheets as the instructor to learn to

extract and apply adjustments. This class will help take your understanding of common adjustments and

their use in the CMA process to the next level!
