This course provides a review of Georgia Real Estate License Law and Rules, as required by Rule 520-2-.04(6), including the following topics, as dictated by the State for this course:

• the effects on license status by a licensee of prohibited conduct

• requirements of a qualifying broker and an affiliated licensee upon transfer of a license from one firm to another

• requirements of a qualifying broker and affiliate licensee concerning trust or escrow accounts

• unfair trade practices prohibited

• broker relationships

• management responsibilities of real estate firms

• advertising

• handling real estate transactions
