Since 2019 Juliana is supporting PUMA’s IP Team with advanced knowledge in Intellectual Property matters based on international and particular national standards. In her position as Counsel Brand Protection she is responsible for enforcing PUMA’s IP rights in the territories of Northern and Eastern Europe as well as in the Caucasus Region and Central Asia. In her position, she works very dedicated and sophisticated on finding and eliminating infringements, to protect our business, the economy and for a customer-oriented company most importantly, the consumers. In the field of anti-counterfeiting, she works closely with Customs, Police, and further enforcement authorities as well as multiple Associations.

Matthew Knowles is the Intelligence and Strategic Initiatives Manager for the Anti- Counterfeiting Group. His role involves acting as a special point of contact for rights holders and law enforcement agencies by collating and analysing industry intelligence to support operational activity and to assist with steering effective policy. He has a 17-year background in Trading Standards and Financial Investigations, managing teams in Bedfordshire and East Sussex. He later specialised in IP crime by undertaking projects in Camden and Manchester, and co-ordinated Operation Flash and the Tick- Box scheme which targeted counterfeit goods in the self- storage industry. He recently completed his MSc in Counter- Fraud, Counter- Corruption and Managing Intelligence, and his research paper focussed on tackling counterfeiting hot spots.

Eilidh Barbour is an experienced and versatile sports presenter who works regularly for the Premier League, BBC and also Sky Sports. As a presenter, Eilidh regularly works on fronts Football Focus, Match of the Day 2, FA Cup draws and highlights, as well as The Women's Football Show for BBC.

Leigh is responsible for Arsenal’s Brand Licensing Programme, with a remit covering mono-brand and co-branded products, international e-commerce, premiums/ promotional merchandise, physical and digital licensed products. Since joining Arsenal from Saracens Rugby in May 2018, Leigh has played an important role in the club’s Anti-Counterfeiting efforts, working alongside Arsenal’s Legal team, the Premier League, Back Four, adidas, and Corsearch.

Ella joined Arsenal FC as Legal Counsel in March this year and supports the Club’s Retail Team including its Brand Licensing work. As part of her role, Ella deals with matters relating to anti-counterfeiting, IP infringement and brand protection as well as working on the Club’s global trade mark portfolio. Prior to joining Arsenal FC, Ella was an Associate in the IP, Media, Sport and Entertainment Team at the law firm DLA Piper.

Christopher Mabeltini is currently the acting Director of the IPR and E-Commerce Division within the Office of Trade, overseeing the development and implementation of policies and initiatives designed to strengthen CBP’s IPR enforcement efforts and development and the implementation of key initiatives related to IPR and e-commerce facilitating and enforcement, efforts. Prior to this, Christopher was the Director of Planning, Accountability and Evaluation, managing OT’s strategic planning and performance d management processes and development of key trade statistics and measure. Christopher began his career with CBP working on the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) communications team, before becoming Branch Chief overseeing development of emerging ACE requirements and stakeholder engagements.

Tom Pugh is a Senior Commercial Solicitor in the Enforcement team at the Premier League. His responsibilities include managing the Premier League’s anti-counterfeiting programme and assisting on anti-piracy litigation around the world. Tom joined the Premier League a year ago and prior to that was a solicitor specialising in Intellectual Property litigation.

Ben Houston is a Brand Protection Consultant, who is hugely passionate about brand protection and who has extensive expertise of working with major sports/fashion brands and implementing strategies to tackle counterfeiting and brand abuse. With more than 20 years-experience, Ben’s company (Back Four Limited) manage the FA Premier League’s Anti-Counterfeiting Programme, which has been hugely successful and operates and conducts action globally.

Marcus Evans is the Deputy Director of Intelligence & Law Enforcement at the UK IPO. In this role, Marcus is responsible for understanding the threat posed to the UK Intellectual Property framework by serious and organised criminals. He is also responsible for engaging with government, law enforcement, IP rights holders and their representatives to tackle this threat. Marcus Evans is an intelligence professional with over 25 years’ experience. Having started his started his career in the British Army Intelligence Corps, Marcus moved to regional policing where he built a career in intelligence analysis, leaving as Head of Analysis of a Regional Organised Crime Unit. Throughout his career, Marcus has contributed to numerous national projects including the development of Sensitive Intelligence Units (SIUs), Regional Organised Crime Threat Assessment Teams (ROCTAs), and SOC System Tasking. Marcus has received numerous commendations including for his contribution to (at the time) the biggest drugs supply investigation in Wales, and the development of an automated bulk data collation and analysis tool.

Dolores F. DiBella is Senior Vice President of Legal Affairs for the National Football League, where she has managed litigation, employment, intellectual property, and rights enforcement for the NFL since 2012. She received her Bachelors in Government from Georgetown University, and her juris doctor from Columbia Law School. After graduating from Columbia, Ms. DiBella was a litigation associate at Proskauer Rose LLP, where she specialized in intellectual property and entertainment law, and handled a variety of commercial litigation matters. She is a frequent guest lecturer and former adjunct law professor.

Kirstine is currently the Head of the International IP Crime Investigators College (IIPCIC) at INTERPOL. Her core responsibilities are to manage and coordinate the global strategy and outreach for this specialized online training tool and other capacity building initiatives to fight against this criminal activity. She has extensive experience from INTERPOL. Coming from a private sector background, she has been engaged in anti-counterfeiting and illicit trade enforcement for fifteen years. Kirstine has a Master’s degree in International Development Studies and Communication from Denmark and is a guest professor at the Lyon University 3 (France).

Matthew has been employed as a Police Officer for 29 years, 24 of those as a Detective investigating Serious and Organised Crime. This has included, Covert Operations, Intelligence led policing, Terrorism, Murder, Fraud, Bribery and more recently Intellectual Property investigation. Matthew's hobbies include eating, drinking, travelling, golf and supporting the ups and downs of Tottenham Hotspur!

Paul Dicken is the Director Brand Protection for Liverpool Football Club. Paul is responsible for all intellectual property matters at LFC, including managing their global IP portfolio, anti-counterfeiting and anti-piracy efforts. Paul has been with LFC since November 2016.
