In her position as Counsel Brand Protection she is responsible for enforcing PUMA’s IP rights in the territories of Northern and Eastern Europe as well as in the Caucasus Region and Central Asia.
In her position, she works very dedicated and sophisticated on finding and eliminating infringements, to protect our business, the economy and for a customer-oriented company most importantly, the consumers.
In the field of anti-counterfeiting, she works closely with Customs, Police, and further enforcement authorities as well as multiple Associations.

Matthew Knowles is the Intelligence and Strategic Initiatives Manager for the Anti- Counterfeiting Group. His role involves acting as a special point of contact for rights holders and law enforcement agencies by collating and analysing industry intelligence to support operational activity and to assist with steering effective policy. He has a 17-year background in Trading Standards and Financial Investigations, managing teams in Bedfordshire and East Sussex. He later specialised in IP crime by undertaking projects in Camden and Manchester, and co-ordinated Operation Flash and the Tick- Box scheme which targeted counterfeit goods in the self- storage industry. He recently completed his MSc in Counter- Fraud, Counter- Corruption and Managing Intelligence, and his research paper focussed on tackling counterfeiting hot spots.

Christopher Mabeltini is currently the acting Director of the IPR and E-Commerce Division within the Office of Trade, overseeing the development and implementation of policies and initiatives designed to strengthen CBP’s IPR enforcement efforts and development and the implementation of key initiatives related to IPR and e-commerce facilitating and enforcement, efforts. Prior to this, Christopher was the Director of Planning, Accountability and Evaluation, managing OT’s strategic planning and performance d management processes and development of key trade statistics and measure.
Christopher began his career with CBP working on the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) communications team, before becoming Branch Chief overseeing development of emerging ACE requirements and stakeholder engagements.

Marcus Evans is the Deputy Director of Intelligence & Law Enforcement at the UK IPO. In this role, Marcus is responsible for understanding the threat posed to the UK Intellectual Property framework by serious and organised criminals. He is also responsible for engaging with government, law enforcement, IP rights holders and their representatives to tackle this threat.
Marcus Evans is an intelligence professional with over 25 years’ experience. Having started his started his career in the British Army Intelligence Corps, Marcus moved to regional policing where he built a career in intelligence analysis, leaving as Head of Analysis of a Regional Organised Crime Unit. Throughout his career, Marcus has contributed to numerous national projects including the development of Sensitive Intelligence Units (SIUs), Regional Organised Crime Threat Assessment Teams (ROCTAs), and SOC System Tasking. Marcus has received numerous commendations including for his contribution to (at the time) the biggest drugs supply investigation in Wales, and the development of an automated bulk data collation and analysis tool.

She received her Bachelors in Government from Georgetown University, and her juris doctor from Columbia Law School. After graduating from Columbia, Ms. DiBella was a litigation associate at Proskauer Rose LLP, where she specialized in intellectual property and entertainment law, and handled a variety of commercial litigation matters. She is a frequent guest lecturer and former adjunct law professor.

She has extensive experience from INTERPOL. Coming from a private sector background, she has been engaged in anti-counterfeiting and illicit trade enforcement for fifteen years.
Kirstine has a Master’s degree in International Development Studies and Communication from Denmark and is a guest professor at the Lyon University 3 (France).
