"Follow My Lead" Discipline and Guidance

In child care settings, discipline and guidance are key components utilized within the facilities. In this training, we will discuss Minimum Standards requirements as they pertain to Discipline and Guidance, what does it really mean and how we can effectively create a plan of action to properly discipline and guide the children in care.
