The Sacramento Chapter of the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc. presents the third of four FREE Financial Literacy/Economic Empowerment workshops open to ALL.  Doors open at 8:00 a.m. for Registration and Continental Breakfast.  The workshop starts at 9:00 a.m.
