The Sacramento Chapter of the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc. presents thesecond of four FREE Financial Literacy/Economic Empowerment workshops open to ALL.   Doors open at 8:00 a.m. for Registration and Continental Breakfast.  The workshop starts at 9:00 a.m.

 

The May 4th session will focus on ENTREPRENEURSHIP as follows: 

 

        What is the difference between self- employment, small business owners, an entrepreneur, and an independent contractor?

 

        What is a business plan and why is it necessary?

 

        What skills are necessary to own and operate your own business?

 

        How do you access and manage risk?

 

        What kind of financing is available?

 

        What kind of resources are available?

 

        How do I market my business?

 

        How should I structure my business?
