Festival of Trees is The Ballard House’s newest fundraising event and soon to be the largest holiday-themed event in the Katy, Fulshear & Richmond area.  Our inaugural event will be held the weekend following Thanksgiving starting at 1pm on Friday.

Join the Avenue Property Group and Christy Bohlen Sells Homes Team at The Ballard House for a three day family event featuring hundreds of uniquely decorated holiday trees and wreaths, entertainment, princess visits, gift boutiques, food trucks, sweets and snacks, and Santa himself!  Keep an eye peeled for our incredible social mosaic as well.  All gathered to support the guests and their families that call The Ballard House home... even if only for a little while.
