This full-day, hands-on workshop combines two of my most popular sessions into one immersive experience:

Morning: Fearless Fermentation (9:30am–12pm)

  • How to ferment vegetables safely and confidently

  • Sauerkrauts: from traditional to creative flavour twists

  • Fermented vegetables: crunchy, tangy, and nutrient-rich

  • Fruit ferments: surprising sweet & savoury creations

  • Tips for flavouring, storing, and enjoying your ferments daily

Afternoon: Cultured Condiments (1pm–3:30pm)

  • The science of condiments and fermentation

  • How to make dips, dressings, sauces, salsas, and chutneys

  • Creative recipes to boost flavour and gut health

  • Troubleshooting and flavour pairing ideas

  • Hands-on practice to make your own jars to take home

  • Single Workshop: $175 per person

  • Full Day (both workshops): $280 (Save 20%)

Cancellation policy

Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance are eligible for a full refund or transfer to a future session.
Within 7 days, a 50% refund will apply or you may transfer your ticket to someone else.
No refunds or transfers are available within 48 hours of the event or for no-shows.

For online sessions, supply box fees are non-refundable once shipped.
