Join us for the February Section Meeting where we will hear from Thad Rhoden, AIA and Brian Cook, AIA from McMillan Pazdan Smith Architecture about the Maple Crest at Lee Walker Heights project. 
 

The existing public housing neighborhood was re-envisioned as a mixed income community with a first phase of 200 units, approximately 150,000 SF, and a combination of multi-story apartment buildings, walk ups, and flats organized around courtyards and community green spaces. Future development of this neighborhood will include an additional 100+ units with retail and parking structures.
