Come and join our forum for first contact practitioners working in South East
London.The forum will be multi-professional and aims to offer peer support,
sharing of knowledge, good practice, resources, and pathways within the first
contact practitioner pathway
This session will be a face to face, in a small group setting, so you can build
connections with colleagues in a collaborative, supportive environment.
The course will be delivered by GPs, Advanced practice physiotherapists and expert
speakers.
