Hey Mama! Join us this Saturday, September 27th for our weekly Fast Track Mamas walk at beautiful Lakes Park, Ft Meyers, Florida. We’ll be meeting at 9 AM sharp by the park located to the left (not the park with the train)
We’ll hit the path for a fast-paced stroller walk—covering around 3 or more miles—so get ready to get your heart pumping and your body moving! This is a stroller-only event for mamas bringing littles, or you’re welcome to come solo if you're walking just for you.
What to Bring:
✔️ Water (stay hydrated—we’ll be moving!)
✔️ Sweat towel
✔️ Hand weights, ankle weights, or a weighted vest (optional but encouraged)
✔️ A stroller that can handle a good pace
✔️ A mom friend who could use this kind of uplifting, active community
Whether you’re newly postpartum or deep in the motherhood journey, this group is here to move, motivate, and connect. Let’s get stronger together, one stride at a time.

Lakes Park – Fort Myers, FL (Fast Track Mama Approved!)
Looking for a beautiful, family-friendly place to get your steps in? Lakes Regional Park in Fort Myers offers over 2.5 miles of paved, stroller-friendly trails winding through scenic lakes, gardens, and shaded palm-lined paths. It’s the perfect spot for brisk walks, power strolls with the stroller, or relaxing nature walks with your little ones. The loop-style layout makes it easy to track your distance, and there are plenty of rest areas, water fountains, and even a playground stop if the kiddos need a break. Safe, clean, and stroller-accessible — this is a favorite Fast Track Mama walk for a reason!
$1 an hour or $5.00 per day. You may pay this at the Pay Station Kiosk located in one of the 3 parking lots. Pay stations will take credit cards with the exception of American Express which is not accepted. The Pay Stations do not give change. Only 1 vehicle per transaction You will need $1.00 bills if paying the hourly rate or you may use a $5.00 bill to pay for the daily rate. There is also a app you can download and use to pay more conveniently upfront (this needs to be downloaded and create an account with your vechile information.)
