THIS IS A WHOLE FAMILY EVENT!
This event will be at The Meanwhile Block in downtown Colorado Springs.
(You can search "Meanwhile Block" on google maps for directions. Or you can type "425 S Sierra Madre St, Colorado Springs" on apple maps and it will bring you to the approximate location.)
There is parking off of Costilla Street.
The farmer's market starts at 10am but we will meet by the graffiti wall near Sahwatch St (map on instagram) AT 11:00AM.
We will do the giveaways around 11:15AM and then you will be free to mosey around the farmer's market with your family until 12:00PM when we start walking.
4th Avenue Crepes will be the food truck set up at the farmers market for food.
We will meet at the graffiti wall again at 12:00PM to take off on our walk.
We will walk about 0.5 miles to America The Beautiful Park.
NOTE: we will be walking on the sidewalk across the bridge on Cimarron St, this is a pretty busy street. If you are uncomfortable walking alongside this busy road, there is an alternate route via the ramp at the Olympic Museum, but you have to use an elevator if you have a stroller so it's not the best route for us to go as a group. Message me or talk to me about concerns in person if you have any!
There is a playground and bathrooms at America The Beautiful Park. We will hang out there for a little bit for the kids to play. Then we will head back as a group to The Meanwhile Block/our cars.
The farmers market ends at 2pm.
You can either come for the whole event, only the farmers market, or only the walk. It's up to you! Just know we will be leaving for the walk soon after 12pm so you will need to be there around that time to catch us for the walk!

The trail is stroller friendly, but you can carry your little one if that's easier for you!
