Family Resources and Assistance

Purpose:
Share resources and supports available through Family Connections and information disseminated regarding Pro-Parents.
Objective:
Participants will be able to explain resources, services, and materials, provided by these family groups, that can be shared with families and others.
Outcome:
Team members will be able to recommend or connect families and others with community resources and supports.
Who Should Attend:
SPOE service coordinators, ongoing service coordinators, special instructors, supervisors, other providers (speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and other team members), families, administrators.
It may be helpful to know that this session will count for 2 hours of credit toward the SC Part C Credential renewal.
