2020 provides an opportunity for the Canadian Institute of Reading Recovery to host four conferences across Canada to support literacy learning and provide the best professional development to our educators.  At each location we are hoping to have a small exhibition of resources for those attending.

The 2020 conference theme is Bright Futures: Setting Foundations for Literacy

The event will be held:

  • April 15, 2020 in Edmonton, Alberta at the Edmonton Inn and Conference Centre

  • April 17, 2020 in Victoria, British Columbia at the Bear Mountain Resort

  • April 23, 2020 in Toronto, Ontairo at the Hazelton Manor Conference Centre

  • April 24 (evening) and 25 (morning) in Halifax, Nova Scotia at a venue to be confirmed

This is an opportunity to expose your products and services to the 200+ educators we expect to attend each event.  This opportunity is open to publishing companies, education suppliers and others with a particular interest in literacy, early literacy, and the education sector.  One 8ft skirted table is just $450 with each additional table required at a cost of only $200.  When you register select the first table and then the option to add additional tables comes up.  All attendees are made aware of which exhibitors will be on site.

Exhibitors are asked to contribute something to the CIRR for use as a door prize.  Exhibitors can also have a draws at their own table.  Exhibitors are supplied with tables and two chairs, wifi and lunch as well as refreshments throughout the day. Exhibitors must be set up by 8:30am on event day and are expected to stay until 4:30pm.

Cancellation policy

We recognize that things come up and you might have to cancel your vendor display.  Your order can be refunded, less a $100 admin fee.  If you cancel less than 1 week prior to the event, you will not be able to receive a refund.
