This webinar will explore the common barriers that prevent women and girls from engaging in sport, learning, and employment pathways, and identify practical solutions to overcome them. The session will focus on creating safe, inclusive spaces and adapting delivery to meet diverse needs. Participants will hear from others who have successfully engaged underrepresented groups, gaining insight into effective approaches and positive impact. Through reflection and discussion, participants will build confidence and strategies to make their programmes more accessible to empower women and girls.
