We are the regulator for recruitment agencies and businesses in Great Britain and are delighted to announce the third Employment Agency Standards Inspectorate (EAS) Conference.
This conference is designed to assist employment agencies & employment businesses with the necessary tools to help them become fully compliant with provisions of Employment Agencies Act 1973 and the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Businesses Regulations 2003. There will be talks and exercises on legislation, regulations, information sharing gateways and a presentation on what to expect during an inspection.
We will also be discussing the repeal of Swedish Derogation and upcoming introduction of Regulation 13(a) -the obligation upon employment businesses to provide a Key Information Document.
