Emerging Leaders is specifically designed for optimizing the success of new leaders and existing leaders on the team. We will cover how new leaders can navigate the transition from peer to management, including techniques on how to adjust to new relationships, redefine boundaries and establish their identity as a leader. The session provides practical tools for setting expectations and building trust to ultimately unlock potential in others. We will review communication techniques and how to approach difficult conversations.
