IT lunch and learns will take place every second Friday of each month 11:30 am to 12:30 pm EST. With options to attend each session onsite or remotely. Keep an eye on the details of each event to determine which boardroom it will be hosted out of.

Overview 

June 2019 Topic - E-mail and URL Security Training

This training session is on 'E-mail & URL Security'. Scammers are very good at making unsafe e-mails look legitimate and by knowing how to identify them is essential these days. Also knowing the difference between a good URL and a bad URL is crucial. Some URL's might appear legitimate but there are many different ways scammers can manipulate them and use them against you. This training will show you what to look for to keep you safe when using e-mail and URL's. 

This training will take place in the WISMER boardroom. Lunch will be provided if you are attending the training onsite.  

Please register for training, either onsite or remote, using the "Register Now" button above. Once completed you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Click on the link in the e-mail to add the event into your Outlook calendar.(Note: When adding the training to your Outlook calendar from the email, it MAY NOT be correct, please double check this.) 

Two days prior to the event you will receive a notification reminding you.  We will also send an additional e-mail with the remote meeting details if required.
