1. Installment Payment Out-of-Town Guest Tickets Policy

If you choose to pay by installment, please note that installment payments are only refundable until June 30th. After June 30th, all installment payments become non‑refundable, even if you decide not to attend.

2. Full Payment Out-of-Town Guests Tickets Policy

Guests who choose to pay in full are securing their spot with a one‑time, non‑refundable payment if made after June 30th. Because each event is planned with significant intention, resources, and advance preparation, full payments are final and non‑refundable.

The only exception to this policy is if I, the event organizer, cancel the event in its entirety. In that case, all full‑payment attendees will receive a full refund.

This policy aligns with our installment payment terms, which allow refunds only until June 30th. After June 30th, all installment and full payments follow the same non‑refundable structure.

3. No‑Refund Policy

Our events are crafted with exceptional care, intention, and advance preparation to ensure an elevated, meaningful experience for every guest. Because of the level of planning and the limited nature of our gatherings, all ticket sales are final and non‑refundable.

If I, the event organizer, must cancel the event in its entirety, a full refund will be issued to all registered attendees.

By completing your registration, you acknowledge and agree to this policy as part of the event’s full Terms & Conditions.

4. Event Cancellation Policy

In the rare event that I, the event organizer, must cancel or postpone the gathering due to unforeseen circumstances, all registered attendees will be notified promptly using the contact information provided at registration.

If the event is canceled, attendees will receive a full refund of the ticket price.  

If the event is postponed, tickets will automatically transfer to the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you may request a refund within the specified window provided in the postponement notice.

This policy ensures clarity, fairness, and respect for the time and investment of our community.

By registering for this event, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions, designed to protect the integrity, safety, and experience of all participants:

Registration & Attendance

- Your registration is valid only for the individual named at purchase and is not transferable unless explicitly approved by the event organizer.  

- Attendees are expected to arrive on time and participate in a manner that supports a respectful, uplifting community environment.

Photography & Media

- By attending, you grant permission for photos and video captured during the event to be used for promotional, editorial, and educational purposes across digital and print platforms.  

- If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify the event organizer upon arrival so accommodations can be made.

Conduct & Community Standards

- Our gatherings are rooted in respect, safety, and collective care. Any behavior that disrupts the experience, disrespects others, or violates community guidelines may result in removal from the event without refund.  

- Harassment, discrimination, or harmful conduct of any kind will not be tolerated.

Liability

- By attending, you acknowledge that participation is voluntary and that you assume full responsibility for your personal well‑being during the event.  

- The event organizer is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

Policies

- All ticket sales are final and non‑refundable, except in the case of event cancellation by the organizer.  

- Additional policies may apply depending on venue requirements or specific event activities; these will be communicated in advance when relevant.

5. Liability Waiver

By registering for and attending this event, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

This experience is designed with care, intention, and a commitment to community well‑being. While every effort is made to create a safe and supportive environment, your participation is voluntary, and you assume full responsibility for your personal safety and well‑being throughout the event.

You understand and agree that the event organizer, venue partners, and affiliated team members are not liable for any injuries, illnesses, losses, or damages to personal property that may occur before, during, or after the event.

You also acknowledge that it is your responsibility to participate in activities at your own comfort level and to communicate any personal limitations or concerns as needed.

By attending, you release the event organizer from any claims arising from your participation, except in cases of event cancellation initiated by the organizer.

Your presence affirms your agreement to this waiver and your commitment to honoring the shared energy, respect, and care that make our gatherings possible.
