Come get an introduction to the world of Yoga, in this all men's class - sorry ladies maybe next time. Yoga can be quite intimidating as it is. Let alone having all the other people that have been attending for half their life. This class is meant to be an introductory to Yoga building on Asanas, pranayama, and Dharamas/Dyamas. All in a safe make only environment where we can all learn without judgment.

Craig Newbery

Craig has been practicing Yoga for just over three years now. Recently he decided to take the leap and begin sharing his love for the practice. He is has completed his 200 hour training at Yogalife Studios and is eager to share what he has learned.
