Terrance R. Campbell is a published CODE313 STEAM Engineer Instructor and Lecturer at the Center for Computing Education at The Ohio State University and the architect of a new generation of interdisciplinary computing courses designed for real-world impact. With 40 years in health informatics and cybersecurity across five countries—and 25+ years in education from elementary to postdoctoral levels—he combines deep technical expertise with innovative instructional design that combines animation, serious game–inspired competitive ecosystems, and AI fluency principles to help learners of all ages and backgrounds step into their potential.

Kristen Kayser is the Senior Lead for Midwest Programs at aiEDU, where she partners with school districts, educators, and community leaders to help students build the skills and confidence they need to thrive in an AI-driven world. With experience across K-12 education, instructional design, partnerships, and program development, Kristen is passionate about translating emerging technology into meaningful, practical learning opportunities for students and educators alike.

Bartel Welch is a highly accomplished technology leader with almost 30 years of experience in front-end development, UI/UX design, mentorship, and leadership. He founded and serves as Executive Director of CODE313, a non-profit dedicated to providing equitable access to STEM education for youth.

Chelsea Carter is a Tech Lead at JustAir, where she leads engineering efforts supporting technology that helps communities monitor air quality and receive real-time text alerts about environmental conditions in their area. She earned her Master’s degree in Computer Science from Indiana University and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Kettering University. Chelsea is passionate about expanding AI literacy and helping communities understand how emerging technologies can drive meaningful impact.

Raquel Ne’Cole Welch is a dynamic entrepreneur, talent strategist, and media host known for blending authenticity, innovation, and real-world insight into every space she enters. As the founder and host of a Detroit-based podcast launched in 2023 alongside her cousin Talia, Raquel has quickly become a recognizable voice across Metro Detroit, creating conversations that explore business, wealth, relationships, health, culture, and the realities of everyday life with honesty, humor, and unapologetic real-talk energy.

Marc Spight Jr. is an honor student and sophomore at Frederick Douglass High School who is dedicated to both academic excellence and personal growth. He is an active participant in The Yunion’s Level Up program and a member of Code313, where he continues to develop his skills in technology and leadership. Marc Jr. is also a dual enrollment student at Wayne County Community College District, demonstrating his commitment to advancing his education early. Beyond the classroom, he is a talented drummer, basketball player, musical producer, and martial artist who brings discipline, creativity, and determination to everything he does. Through his academic achievements and diverse talents, Marc Jr. represents the next generation of young leaders striving to make a positive impact in their community.

Ashley Crockett is a Detroit-based builder, product manager, and Apple Developer Academy student working at the intersection of code, community, and creativity. She's the creator of PulsePoint, a SaaS platform turning community data into actionable quality metrics, and is currently competing in Apple's Swift Student Challenge. As the Community Engagement Manager for DevsCreate313, Ashley brings lived experience to the conversation around how anyone should create in an AI-powered world as well as what we owe each other when the tools do some of the work.

Ben Levin is the founder of Galaxy Marketing Services and a software developer focused on digital strategy, marketing technology, and app development. As a student at the Apple Developer Academy in Detroit, he works at the intersection of creativity and technology, building tools that help businesses grow in the digital age. Ben works with companies across Southeast Michigan to develop data-driven digital strategies, websites, and marketing systems. His work combines coding, design, and AI tools to solve real-world problems. Through his experience developing apps and marketing technology, Ben explores how emerging technologies like artificial intelligence are reshaping the creative process, the future of work, and the ways people build and share ideas. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors and exploring with his dog.
